Can you give me a price before we talk?
We can give you guidance, but to give you a real fee we need to understand your activity, your volume and your obligations. That way we avoid quoting a price that later does not match what you need.
Is there a charge for the initial assessment?
No. You can tell us about your case and we’ll prepare an initial proposal with no obligation.
Am I tied to a minimum term?
We do not require a minimum term to start working together. We want you to stay with us because the service adds value for you, not because you are locked into a contract.
Can I switch from another advisory firm?
Yes. We will tell you what documentation we need to review your situation and will organise the switch as simply as possible.
Does the monthly fee cover all my queries?
It covers the usual queries related to the service you have contracted. If at any point you need a special study or extraordinary work, we will let you know beforehand so you can decide.
Do you work online or in person?
Both: we work remotely with clients throughout Spain and in person at our office in Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid.
Can you set up my company for me?
Yes. We support you from choosing the type of company through to registration, via the PAE-CIRCE online system, which is free of charge. Your limited company (SL) ready from €400 + VAT, and if you would like advice to get started, there is Launch Plan.
Do you also prepare income tax returns?
Yes, both for freelancers and for individuals.
